
Delivery
Domestic:
For economics and environmental savings we will endeavour to consolidate as many orders/deliveries as possible.
All goods will be sent via a traceable 24 hour service – if you are aware of a non delivery – please contact Owen Barry immediately, similarly if any parcel is received damaged – please sign for it in that condition and advise Owen Barry immediately.
Any non-delivery/ shortage must be notified to Owen Barry in writing within 10 days to validate your claim. Claims outside of this time could be refused.
Our standard delivery charge is £15 per order. For larger orders, one off’s and specials or express/AM’s our charge will reflect the costs incurred
If we have to split a delivery due to non-availability of the product – the customer will only be charged the once regardless of how many drops we make.
If you have any special requirements regarding packing and/or deliveries – please notify us in writing so that this information can be registered against your account details – it is always preferable if you can remind us of any special requirements at point of order.
Non-delivery by our courier – if a card has been left and a courier has attempted to deliver unsuccessfully on more than one occasion due to non-availability of the recipient – then the return to sender charge will be forwarded to the customer.
Our carriage paid order threshold is £1,750 per order.
Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Outskirts and Islands:
Unfortunately, nowadays all couriers seem to penalise these more remote areas with a premium charge – therefore we are obliged to pass on these costs – please be assured that we use every method to obtain the cheapest rate on your behalf.
International:
Due to the variety of international orders/requirements and costs – we would have to liaise with you directly regarding the most favourable methods etc.
