How to order

Please note: This is a trade only website, if you wish to purchase an Owen Barry product for personal use, please email us at this address so that we can advise you of your local stockist.

Handbags

Please refer to the price list and colour swatches; our order form is available for printing off & completion at your convenience.

Any item that is hatched off means it is generally NOT available in the skin option you have considered – we usually only take this action when, in our opinion the skin is not suitable for the style – however, if you are insistent – we can make it for you (please contact the office) – but the bag will not be returnable under any circumstances.

Once your selection has been made please email your requirements to the office, or you can always telephone thru your order and we will confirm it back by email.

The ready to order stock lines – marked on the order form with yellow boxes should be available for immediate delivery, however, if you also require items to be manufactured especially for you – your order will be held until the made to order items are ready to save on carriage, If this is not acceptable please split into two orders, one for ex stock/immediate delivery goods and one for made to order – carriage will, however, be chargeable on both orders.

Customers Special Instructions on handbags

If you have special instructions – it is your responsibility to ensure that these are drawn to the attention of the office. Some customers have special linings, reversed handles, small style adaptations – whilst these might be regular repeatable requirements – we will endeavour, but cannot be expected to remember everybody’s special requirements – so you must highlight your needs – any restocking due to a customer error will be subject to a re-stocking cost. 

Garments & Accessories

These items are not available to order from the website – they are shown as a example of our manufacturing abilities – we DO NOT accept single piece orders for these items.
