Owen Barry Ltd offers a full repair or replacement guarantee.
Every product that leaves our workshop has been thoroughly quality checked – however, problems do occur and Owen Barry stand by their products 100%.
If you are, in any way, unhappy with the quality of a product – please tell us immediately – we will endeavour to help you.
Similarly, if you feel that a product has not performed as it should – talk to us. Unfortunately we all grow old and a bit grubby and weather beaten over time, but we want an Owen Barry to be a favourite that your customer can use time and again for many, many years to come – so if you need any help or advise on any aspect of our range – please ask, especially if the product is a customer return and has been used, we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to review and evaluate whether a repair or replacement is the most appropriate option.

One of the unique things about Owen Barry is the fact that you can tailor goods to your customers’ own taste.
Any skins can be matched with others from a vast colour palette, whilst we certainly do not mind doing this, please be aware that if you put together skin combinations, you are responsible for their outcome – we cannot be expected to critique your selection – and we will not take back any items just because “they didn’t come out like you expected” – please also be aware that these specials are quality controlled extra thoroughly so that we are confident that they are 100% perfect upon despatch and not subject to any quality issues that could warrant return.
Non delivery - Return of goods to Owen Barry:-
Non-delivery by our courier – if a card has been left and a courier has attempted to deliver unsuccessfully on more than one occasion due to non-availability of the recipient – then the return to sender charge will be forwarded to the customer.
