I just to let you all know how thrilled I am with my latest purchase Francine in Black with Bengal.
This is my 3rd bag from yourselves, I love the classy individual style you have. Also your story and the sustainability of the leather, of course I spread the message when people ask me about the bag but sadly most people just don’t think about these things, You guys deserve a massive break as I believe these bags are far more superior than high end designers.

I love the versatility of this bag converting from a shoulder to a back pack. I have been looking for a back pack with more style and this one has a lot of style. I have looked at many back packs and found both a back pack and shoulder bag in one. I also appreciate the quality of the leather and the coloring is very consistent with what I was thinking the color was online.
I love this shoulder bag/ backpack.

Hi Sarah - just to let you know that my bag arrived today and I love it. It is so beautifully made and the attention to detail is clear to see, for example, using silver leather inside the bag. The silver acido is just gorgeous; you were right when you said it is "stunning".

My Dudley Reptile bag arrived the morning after I placed my order with you and I am thrilled with it, I love it! It is exactly the right size and exactly what I was looking for. It is superb quality and the handles are soft and comfortable on my shoulder. There is plenty of room inside for all my stuff and I can actually see what I am looking for, rather than grappling around with my hand inside!

Just a quick email to thank Sarah for all of her time, patience and help when I came to the shop last Saturday. Such an amazing service. I am thrilled with my new handbag & will be thrilled all over again with my new bigger handbag & hot water bottle cover/sheep that I will open on Christmas day!
Our beautiful leather cube has already been in use and is so comfortable and practical. I’ve collected some stones for the door stop and will stuff it this w/e. Love all the bags, leathers, colours etc. I have raved about you to my friends. Hope the sale goes well today. I will be back!

Hi. I just wanted to email to let you know how delighted I am with the Matt Black Dudley bag that I ordered from your Factory Shop sale last week.
I have a long-held love of leather bags and have owned several expensive designs from another well-known, Somerset-based company. After a recent lifestyle change, these expensive luxuries are no longer feasible or indeed desired.
Earlier in the year, I happened upon your shop at the Tanyard and picked up one of your patchwork bags, which I've used pretty much non-stop ever since. Then I requested one of your bespoke bags as a Birthday gift and the order went in a few days ago. When your sale offered a Dudley for only £72.00 I thought I'd grab one while I could!
It really is beautiful quality and such a practical, simple and attractive style. I particularly love the leather internal pockets and the deep side pockets to keep valuables secure and easy to locate. Oh, and of course, great that it's Made in England, from responsibly sourced materials. Top Marks all round, then!

I visited your shop a couple of weeks ago as I wanted to buy a particular bag in a certain colour.
The lady in the shop was absolutely lovely & really helpful - apparently, you no longer made the design that I liked but you managed to find all the components & a stunningly beautiful piece of pink leather which was perfect. I was told it would be 4/6 weeks before delivery which was fine.
But 8 days later I received my fabulous new bag - wow wow wow - I am thrilled, it's gorgeous & I'm now the proud owner of 4 of your bags ..........
This is the first one specially made for me & I love it - superbly quality & craftsmanship, stunning design & colour, excellent service & choice, cannot recommend you highly enough - thank you very much - if you bring back the metallic grape leather I hope to own a fifth!!!!

I just bought one of your bag, the backpack "Mathilde". I am a real bag addict but I have to say that the quality and originality of this one is above any expectation :-) the 2 bigs pockets inside are so much better than the usual zip... And it is pretty "unique", and the leather quality is simply amazing... and smell so good lol

It's truly beautiful and I feel very privileged to own such a piece.
Of late I've struggled to find myself a new bag something a bit different, something that didn't have brand advertising all over it, something that no one else had. Then I stumbled across your range in a small accessory shop in my local town and I was amazed.

Enquiry: Hello i just wanted to tell you about one of your coats that my husband bought me in 1984.
It was a flying jacket type of coat but slightly longer with an off centre zip up the front.
Ive had many people admiring my coat which incidentally still looks as good as new.
It never dates and has travelled all over. I
t looks the part whatever i wear it to and has become my security blanket for winter months.

Always a pleasure dealing with Owen Barry’s friendly and informed staff, and when selling their products to customers so good to be able to say that it is made in England (Somerset) – always a major plus and with OB, quality assured.
The fact that the range you sell in your shop has been made especially for you, with your own choice of style/colour/material is an extra selling point and makes your OB goods exclusive to you.
Where else would you get such exclusivity at such a competitive (reasonable?) price?
