Customisation

As everything on this website is handcrafted in our long established Somerset workshops, that means we are able to give our customers a very personalised service.

Whilst we cannot offer a bespoke tailoring service, we can help you to customise Owen Barry designs making them much more individual to you.

We have a large selection of skins over and above what is shown on the website, so if you are looking for specific colours, or even if you just wish to just check the suitability of a colour or skin just fill out the form here.

Customisation Guidelines 

Because everything is made to order here in our own Somerset workshops, we can offer you a range of different colours and skin options that makes it possible for you to individualise your Owen Barry products.

Customised T&C’s – Any product that is ordered/ commissioned differently to the standard product or colours that are presently shown/offered on the website is non-returnable, non-refundable.  Because of this, our specialised team here in the shop will help you to ensure you are understanding and choosing exactly what you want.

Costs: - Depending on the complexity of the style and material types and combinations you require, the price may vary from the standard prices shown on the website, our team who help you,  will make sure you are completely comfortable with the finished cost before processing your order. 

However, if you want a standard product but just want an additional strap, then there is a tariff for these, and add on’s like that are very reasonable.

Payment for your order must be made in advance before any item can be manufactured and is non-refundable after the cancellation period.

Cancellation period; most customised products will be processed after 7 days from the date of an order received if the item has not been processed then cancellation can be accepted, and a full refund is given.

However, after that time, the item will have commenced manufacture and we cannot accept cancellation or return of the product.

Urgent deadlines:  quite often customised orders come with an event looming on the horizon, we will do our very best to help you; if at your request, we process an order very quickly, cancellation period is superseded and therefore is NOT an option. Also, there may be an additional delivery cost for next day or Saturday delivery.
