These long wool domestic sheepskin rugs have been tanned and processed here in the heart of the West Country from skins that are guaranteed 100% by-products of the British food industry.

Offered in several colours, these skins are seconds from our first-grade Luxe selection; they could have an amount of defect, including the following:

  • The pelts (backs) could be slightly more rigid or stiffer
  • The wools could be a bit flatter and coarser,  not as luminous or glossy as full-price ones
  • There could be areas of wool slip (small bald patches)
  • The edges may not be trimmed as thoroughly as 1st grade Luxe rugs.

That said, they are beautiful British skins - They will offer warmth and comfort to your home, whether on a chair, bench or the floor.

They make great Christmas gifts, especially for anybody just setting up a home. They give warmth, texture and cosiness to any setting.
