We release products in batches rather than all at once, so it is worth checking back during the afternoon.
You do not need Facebook
Every product goes live on this website at the same moment we show it on camera. You will see all of the same pieces at all of the same prices.
The only thing you miss is us talking about them.
Questions are welcome throughout. Ask on the Facebook feed or email [email protected], both are watched all afternoon.
How the day works
We show it
Cindi and the team take each piece in turn, explain how it is made and point out anything worth knowing, including any marks or repairs.
It goes live here
As each line is presented it appears on this website, ready to buy. Nothing is held back for the broadcast.
You buy it directly
Order through the site as normal. Some pieces are one-offs, so do not leave anything sitting in your basket for long.

Postage and packing
Pay the postage at checkout and we refund it, as long as you spend over £150 across the event.
Some pieces are one-offs, so pay rather than wait. UK mainland: pay the £7 and we refund it once you pass £150. Spend less than that and you are charged the £7 once.
Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands: our standard shipping charge applies. Pay it on each order to secure the goods and we refund every payment after the first.
International: the same applies. You are charged shipping once and the rest is refunded.
Beanbags. Sent filled to the UK mainland. Sent unfilled to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, and internationally. Ring the office for a quote if you need something different.

When is the live event?
Friday 20 November 2026, from 12pm midday, running through the afternoon.
Do I need a Facebook account?
It is worth trying without one. If Facebook asks you to sign in, come straight to the sale pages on this site instead. You will see every item at the same price, you just will not see us talking about them.
Are all the products released at once?
No. We release them in batches through the afternoon, so it is worth checking back.
Can I use my VIP code?
Not on this event. The prices are already cut well below what we normally offer, so no further discount can be applied.
Can I ask questions during the event?
Yes. Someone watches the Facebook feed and [email protected] throughout. If we cannot answer straight away we will come back to you quickly.
Are dust bags included?
No. Dust bags are not included with any live event item and need to be bought separately.
Can I return something bought in the event?
No. Everything in this event is sold as non-returnable, so please ask before you buy if you are unsure about anything.
How do I know what I am ordering?
We tell you. If a piece has a mark, a repair or anything unusual, we say so on camera and price it accordingly. Anything worth knowing gets explained.
How long will it last?
Hard to predict. We will be quick, thorough and honest, we will revisit the popular lines, and we will say when something is selling out. Think QVC with less smoosh and more Somerset humour.
