Repair & Refurbishment

As well as our Lifetime guarantee (link) we can offer you a repair or refurbishment service, this applies only to Owen Barry manufactured products.

We do NOT offer an alteration service on our or other company’s products.

If you have a much loved Owen Barry product that has been damaged or worn over time, we will try to offer you a way of extending its life.

As every request and item is different, we would ask that you approach us via email, attaching as many images as possible, to demonstrate the problem and explain what you would like.

We will then communicate the best options, in our expert opinion together with cost indications.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that we can repair or refurbish everything, but rest assured we will give it our best efforts or an honest diagnosis of the problem.
