Elmer is an effortless and comfy style to wear; it has a very practical & easy fit, and the depth of the hatband is perfect, not too shallow and not too deep - I know that sounds like Goldilocks, but it is so true the depth of the band is such a crucial part of a tie trapper hat !- if is too deep you can't see out and if it's too shallow you are forever thinking the hat is going to fall off or blow away in the wind - but this one is so comfy.
The ties match the hat and quickly retain the earflaps above your head or under the chin.
This is a sample hat sizing is small/medium 56-58 cm; measured around the circumference of your head, just above your ears and across the forehead, the “natural” position for a hat to sit.
All sheepskin has an amount of natural stretch and elasticity; also, if there is a fair amount of wool, this will dry a little over time.
