Returns Policy – restocking charge.
We are very sorry if an Owen Barry product that is not to the expected standard. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Owen Barry is committed to offering the highest quality products that are supported by our Lifetime Guarantee.
If a customer of your business has an OB product that they purchased from you which has developed a fault, please contact us to discuss the problem, we will always endeavour to repair or replace under the terms of our Lifetime Guarantee.
Owen Barry cannot support this guarantee without the opportunity in the first instance to view, discuss and repair or replace the product. Any decision made by your company on behalf of OB without this fair consultation, is made at your expense, OB cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred or refunds given.
In the unlikely event that a repair cannot be made, we will offer a replacement or we will refund the cost of the item. Owen Barry will not reimburse your business for any loss of margin or profit endured through the return of the product.
If you wish to return non faulty items whether originally from stock or made specially to order, they will be subject to a restocking charge.
Restocking of a stock item will have a surcharge of 25% cost, these can only be accepted within 24 months of date of supply.
Restocking of a bespoke or your own label item cannot be accepted.
Any return of products has to be agreed in advance, OB reserve the right NOT to accept these returns.
Any agreed items returned must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with the original labels (and dust bags if appropriate). Once we have received the item in perfect condition, we will issue the appropriate credit against your account, however, if there is any waiver from this condition the value of the credit will be adjusted accordingly.
